Arranged the Raspberry Groriette. A soft, delicate chocolate sponge brushed with rum syrup sandwiched with layers of home made raspberry puree, fine chocolate cream and finished with a glazed heart-shaped chocolate coating all encased in a net of finest dark chocolate.
